For products purchased from authorized dealers in the United States, Grund Audio Design (GAD) warrantees its Loudspeaker Systems (excluding active electronics) for five (5) years from date of original purchase against malfunction due to defects in workmanship and materials. (Electronic devices are warranted for two (2) years from date of original purchase against malfunction due to defects in workmanship and materials.) GAD will resolve all such defects without charge for parts or labor upon the return of the unit together with its original sales receipt or other proof of purchase to Grundorf Corporation or to an Authorized GAD Service Facility.

Warranty does not cover the following: 1) shipping damage; 2) damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, unauthorized product modification or neglect; 3) normal wear and tear; 4) modification or alteration of the product in any way; 5) misrepresentations by the seller; 6) improper installation; 7) burned voice coils, blown fuses, torn or damaged cones; 8) defaced, modified or missing serial numbers; 9) damage, directly or indirectly, with respect to loss of property, revenues, profit, cost of removals, installations or re-installations arising out of, or in connection with, the use or performance of a Grund Audio Design product.
